I started on firmware, where a bug is not a ticket. It is a device in someone's hands doing the wrong thing at three in the morning. That is still how I think about software.
Over seven years that widened: power electronics and telematics, then test automation for teams releasing weekly, then full product work on MERN and Next.js. The common thread is systems that stay correct once nobody is watching them.
Today I run Pal Consultancy Services from Ahmedabad with an operating presence in Sharjah and Ajman, serving founders and engineering leaders in the USA, the UAE, the UK, and Europe. Four disciplines, one accountable operator, no account manager in between.
Running my own products changed what clients ask me for. The questions stopped being only technical: who should we sell to, what should the ad budget do this quarter, what goes out on social, why is the reel not converting. That became half the job, and it belongs in the same conversation as the build.
Most of the people I work with have been burned by an offshore vendor before. That shapes how I work: written diagnosis before contract, staging you can open yourself, and a handover that assumes I leave.
